- Designing and architecting real-time analytics solution to be used by 500K+ active frontline retail employees. This includes creating a real-time pipeline (ms latency), data transformation, data modelling, reporting and cost optimization. Also responsible for training and enabling development staff at the customer.
- Establishing the BI Competency Center (BICC) at a large Grocer/Pharmacy. Directly responsible for team enablement, creating governance and organization structure and rapid development and deployment approaches. Resulted in 10x increase in productivity and enabling over 50 developers
- Managed modernization project at a large media/retail/CPG company. Solution sourced data from SAP (near real-time updates) into BigQuery and provides dashboards for Supply Chain analysis. Also created Demand sensing & forecasting using custom AI/ML models. Full solution (ELT —> Dashboards) delivered in under 10 weeks using custom framework
